I know they're over-due...

Alright, well, Here are a few more pics from Hawaii. And yes, our last day in Oahu, we did spot another panda!

Then we went to the Island of Kaua'i. It's the oldest of the islands, and is absolutely gorgeous.

This is me looking good in my new snorkel gear, which thankfully, doesn't block the six pack. We tried to Snorkel, as this beach on the north end of the island has a reef just off-shore, but the rip tide was too intense for the girls... but we had fun any way

This is the beach at the resort we stayed at in Kaua'i, which was so much less touristy than Oahu.

Tons of feral Roosters on Kaua'i. I guess sometime 100 and some odd years, a hurricane hit the island, and ripped through a chicken farm, and then the roosters thrived due to the complete lack of natural predators. The were absolutely everywhere, but they were cool. Waking up in the morning to "Cock-a-doodle-doooo!" every morning wasn't what you think of when you think "tropical paradise", but it was oddly fitting:

Jon,

There are some GREAT photos in your last post-I hate to put any pressure on you, but could you give a little info about where you were in the mountains and what we are seeing?

Which direction are we looking?

Thanks,

UG
